MANUFACTURING & QUALITY

Precision at Every Connection

Reliable RF performance starts with precision manufacturing. We maintain careful control throughout the production process—from material selection and precision machining to plating, assembly, and final inspection—to support consistent mechanical and electrical performance.

Critical dimensions and interfaces are closely inspected to support reliable fit, dimensional consistency, and repeatability. For high-frequency connectors and cable assemblies, electrical performance is verified using RF test equipment, including VNA testing where required.

By combining precision manufacturing with structured quality control, we deliver RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave interconnect solutions designed for consistent performance in demanding applications.

ENGINEERING & VALIDATION

From Drawing to RF Performance

From initial drawings to final RF validation, our engineering process focuses on turning design requirements into reliable, manufacturable components.

Critical dimensions, interfaces, materials, and assembly requirements are reviewed throughout development. Dimensional inspection and RF testing are used to verify key mechanical and electrical requirements for finished connectors and cable assemblies.

This engineering-driven approach helps maintain consistency from prototype development through production.
